Need another justification for all of that running you've been doing? Well you can bring home the Butterball for Thanksgiving Dinner by finishing in the top three at the Coney Island Boardwalk 5K Trot.
The annual event, sponsored by the Coney Island Sports Foundation, takes place Sunday, November 22nd.
The race begins on the Boardwalk @ W19th St. at 11:30, and is described as a "flat, out and back course from start to finish."
The first 3 male and female overall finishers receive a Butterball turkey. And, the first 300 people to register receive a hooded sweatshirt with the race logo on it. Registration fee is $25 BEFORE OR $30 ON RACE DAY
