Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few years you know about the food truck craze. Capitalizing on New Yorkers desire for for quick but delicious food, entrepreneurial spirits have reinvented the concept of "fast food," many serving up gourmet eats worthy of gastronomical accolades galore at affordable prices. From sweets to savories, the truck offerings also reflect the cultural mecca that is New York City.Because the trucks park all over our 5 boroughs (and even across the Hudson river) we tend to be familiar with those that cross our paths most often. Well, the folks at Hell's Kitchen Flea Market thought they'd bring some of those trucks together in one location. If weather permits, I'll be checking it out this Sunday. Hope to see you there!
