From Thursday April 15th to Wednesday Arpil 21st New York City will be celebrating Immigrant Heritage Week. Now in its 7th year, Immigrant Heritage week is intended to be a celebration of experiences and contributions of immigrants to this great city of ours. The schedule of events for the week has offerings in the categories of Art & Museums, Family Events, Film & Theater, Walking Tours, Music & Dance, and Lectures & Discussions. There's something for everyone.
**There is an opportunity to go on a free Big Onion Walking Tour Sunday April 18th. The tour is entitled "The Original Multi-Ethnic Eating Tour." There are 50 free spots available, only two tickets per reservation. Make a reservation by emailing info@bigonion.com or calling 212-439-1090 x. 2
