Two stages and wide variety of musicians with interactive performances all in celebration of Make Music New York. Make Music New York is a free musical celebration taking place throughout the city on the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. The organizers encourage New Yorkers to pop out from under their headphones and take a risk-free listen to new genres and unfamiliar artists.

Other Make Music New York activities include The MMNY Second Line, a New Orleans style jazz parade from 10am to 12 pm starting at The Greene Space at WNYC and WQXRM, 44 Charlton St. For a full schedule of the days performances, exhibits, etc. visit the official schedule.
